About Me

Hi, my name is Maria and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, having graduated from the Therapeutic Bodyworks Learning Center (TBLC) in Brewer Maine. I approach massage and bodywork from the whole body concept because I understand the body experiences both invisible and physical traumas.  Both types can manifest itself with a variety of ailments within the body that can be relieved through Massage, Reiki or Cranial Sacral Therapy.  Some common ailments can be tension in the neck, shoulders and back, sleeplessness, anxiety, pain and migraine headaches. That is why I started A Peaceful Massage and Bodywork Studio, LLC. So I could help people one body, mind and soul at a time.

I received my Cranial Sacral training through the Upledger Institute. I decided to pursue CST after my daughter experienced a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) from a car accident and I saw first hand how CST helped her.
