A Peaceful Signature Massage
My signature massage is a Swedish style massage. It is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes, some long and flowing to move blood towards the heart to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and its purpose is to relax the body back to its restorative state. Massage is one of the most effective means available to combat stress, improve flexibility, aid in sleep, ease tension and reduce pain.  Massage sets up a chain reaction that produces a positive effect on all layers and systems in the body.
If you are interested in greater flexibility, improving your golf game and your muscle tone, then massage is for you. If you are feeling stressed, full of tension in your neck, shoulders or back, then massage is for you. If you are looking for more energy, a better nights sleep, and pain relief, then massage is for you. Massage is good for the body, mind and soul. And I would like to help you.

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST)
CST is a gentle non-invasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. CST releases compression in those area's which alleviates stress and pain through out the body. This is a light touch technique and the client is fully clothed at all times.
This is a great technique if you experience migraines or tension headaches reducing the use of medication. CST has many of the same benefits as massage, it is just done differently. IÂ received my training through the Upledger Institute, and I believe in this style of work. Reiki
Reiki is a technique the Japanese use to reduce stress and promote healing. It is a form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. Reiki is an energy based type of healing that uses a gentle light touch to activate the natural healing processes of the clients body to restore physical and emotional well-being. During a session, I will work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, relax your system, and help restore your body to its normal state. Reiki is a non-manipulative touch and the client is fully clothed at all times.
The benefits of Reiki: It can release stress and anxiety by releasing tension or removing blockages from the body. Reiki is used in many hospitals for post surgery care as it has been shown to help speed up recovery time.
Some clients will feel a heat or soothing warmth from my hands while working on them. This is completely normal and creates a sense of comfort and relaxation.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension when time is a factor. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which allows for specific work, for example in the shoulders and upper/middle back. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can get a relaxing targeted massage and it is shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

NAPS
NAPS (Not A Problem Stay) Don't want to leave the warm massage table? Not A Problem Stay (NAPS) is an add-on that you can request when you schedule your appointment. It gives you 15 extra minutes to just lay on the warm table and chill for only $10.00. Take your time, stretch and just take that time to enjoy the feeling of just having had a massage.
